Related issue: #1201

  • Handle SIGINT and SIGTERM to clean up regular and service-location WireGuard interfaces on Linux.
  • Stop the reconciler before cleanup and close statistics streams to allow graceful gRPC shutdown.
  • Start the reconciler only after socket setup succeeds.
  • Fix DEB upgrades to restart stopped services.
  • Fix RPM upgrades to enable and restart the service after removing the old version, while preserving uninstall behavior.
